When will I receive rent payments?
We know you want your money fast! We ACH your tenant’s rent into your bank account on or before the 15th day of each month. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Owner disbursements are made on a regular schedule via ACH after rent is collected and any applicable expenses are accounted for. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Lease terms vary based on market conditions and owner preferences, but standard leases are often a year long. Other lease term options may be available upon request.
