Rental Qualification Requirements
To ensure our homes are a good fit for both residents and property owners, all applicants are screened using the same objective criteria in accordance with Fair Housing laws.
Our standard rental requirements include:

Income: Verifiable gross monthly income equal to at least three (3) times the monthly rent

Credit History: A minimum credit score is typically required (generally 600–650 or higher). Please note that some owners may prefer credit scores in the 700s

Rental History: Positive rental references with no prior evictions

Employment: Stable and verifiable employment or consistent income source

Background Screening: Criminal and eviction history checks may be conducted
Income may be verified through recent pay stubs, tax returns, or other acceptable documentation. Credit reports are reviewed for overall payment history and financial responsibility. Previous landlord references may be contacted to confirm timely rent payments and proper care of the property.
All applications are reviewed consistently and fairly, and meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee approval.
